Lisa Isaac holds both designations of CHRL and CHRP with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Rebecca Wilkinson is an experienced HR professional, having worked in a diverse range of HR and teaching roles for 25 years prior to joining LIHR as an HR Consultant. Rebecca holds both a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations. Rebecca has a strong background in small business management and growth, supporting clients in all areas of organizational development, learning, total rewards and performance management to ensure businesses are creating sustainable initiatives that engage employees.
