Lisa is a Certified HR Leader and Professional, passionate about helping leaders with their people. Her authentic approach to leadership is to work in partnership for sustainable success. Prior to founding the company, she worked in the manufacturing, energy, and banking industries in Alberta, Nunavut, Ontario, and in her home community, Moose Deer Point First Nation, on beautiful Georgian Bay. 

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and the University of Lethbridge. She holds the designations of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Professional (CHRP) and is an active member of the regulatory body, the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), where she coaches and mentors the HR leaders of the future. She is an active member of the entrepreneurial community and volunteers at the local college; she is committed to giving back, not only to those who supported her growth and development, but seeing her community grow as a whole. She values sharing knowledge and continuous learning, finding creative solutions, and helping others succeed. 

Lisa has been featured in a Lambton Shield podcast and print magazine as a successful female entrepreneur; as a panellist in the International Women's Day "Meet the Entrepreneur" event; as the cameo entrepreneurial video game host for the level on health and safety; and as a guest on the LinkedIn mini-series "The ABC's (authenticity, branding, and connecting) for candidates". Mahyar Garmsiri, CHRP

Mahyar is a researcher at heart and loves investigating the nuances of workplace relationships. His first taste of research was at a perceptual psychology lab investigating the recruitment process while studying Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour at McMaster University. He pursued his research interests by moving to Newfoundland to study leader-follower dynamics while becoming the first ever graduate of the Master of Science in Management (Human Resources & Organizational Behaviour specialization) program at Memorial University. While earning his Master’s degree, Mahyar also earned his CHRP, co-authored a publication on workplace deviant behaviours, and worked as a Research Manager to lead a project on workplace disability biases meant to inform provincial policy development.

Mahyar is driven to incorporate humanity into the research and development of best practices in any organizational role. Being a life long learner, Mahyar is always eager to learn new advances in HR research and how it can be meaningfully transferred into the workplace. In his free time, Mahyar enjoys attending HRPA networking events, pottery classes, and volunteering in the community as a Fencing Coach and a tutor at the Learning Disabilities Association.
