Jessica has been working in Human Resources & Operations management for over 20 years in various Indigenous & private companies. Throughout that time, she spent her time coaching, mentoring & empowering others to reach their full potential.  Jessica particularly enjoys working in fast-paced, high-energy environments while finding effective ways to communicate which includes everyone starting from the ground floor all the way up to senior management. Jessica has experience in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, special projects & assessments as well as the organization of, justifications for, tracking the progress of & execution of confidential large-scale projects (ie.
