As a leader in a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis organization, your leadership approach is shaped by community, culture, and the unique challenges you face. This program is designed to empower you with the tools and strategies needed to lead effectively while honouring your organization's values and traditions.
Why This Program?
Many workplace challenges, including performance issues and unclear accountability, can hinder the success of an organization. These challenges are universal, but in Indigenous organizations, they require solutions that are rooted in the cultural context of the communities you serve. This training provides:
01.
Culturally relevant leadership strategies tailored to your organizations.
02.
Practical solutions to common workplace challenges like effective feedback.
03.
A space for peer learning, where you can share experiences and learn from other leaders.
04.
A supportive network of leaders to help you grow and succeed.
